I do hereby grant Art Wars, its representatives, employees, and affiliates the right to take photographs, videos, and/or digital images of me, my property, and art work in connection with Art Wars events. I authorize Art Wars, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
I agree that Art Wars may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity and presentations, illustration, advertising, and web content.
I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images indefinitely without compensation to me as the participant and/or my family (participant’s family). All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and videotape shall be the property of Art Wars.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished video, photograph, advertising copy, and/or digital image that may be used in conjunction therewith or to the eventual use that might be applied.
